WALDECOR is a tough, decorative, ready to use texture wall finish. It is especially manufactured to impart toughness, durability, binding and longer life to external & internal surfaces. WALDECOR is available in a range of textures, which are not only aesthetic but also highly durable, maintenance free and adaptable to diverse climatic and surface condition. SURFACE PREPARATION
WALDECOR adheres perfectly to different external & internal surfaces, like plaster, masonry, brickwork, concrete, gypsum & asbestos. It is also reviving old surfaces.
1. Cleaning :
Surface must be clean and sound, free from all dust, oil, grease and other contaminations. Remove all loose material with scrapper or stiff wire brush. Dampness of the wall has to be treated with appropriate measures.
2. Available Pack Sizes :
Scratch Finish, Bubble finish, Superfine Texture finish, Dholpur stone finish is available in 30 kg sacks packing. Texture roller finish is available in 20 Kg & 05 Kg.

1) WALDECOR - Scratch Finish
Contains acrylic copolymer and high quality siliceous aggregates. It is formulated to withstand humidity, rain & hot climate. It contains anti bacterial & anti fungal additives.
Texture finishes available :
- ONYX- 2.0 mm scratch finish.
- CRYSTAL- 1.0 mm scratch finish.
- QUARTZ- 0.5 mm scratch finish.
2) WALDECOR - Bubble Finish
Contains acrylic copolymer reinforced with marble powder. It is formulated to withstand humidity, rain & hot climate. It contains anti bacterial & anti fungal additives.

- Sparkle Bubble finish.
- Pressed Bubble finish.
- Multicolored Bubble finish.
3) WALDECOR - Superfine Texture Finish
Contains acrylic copolymer reinforced with marble powder. It is formulated to withstand humidity, rain & hot climate. It contains anti bacterial & anti fungal additives.

- DIAMOND - Superfine Roller finish.
- CORAL - Superfine Spray finish.
4) WALDECOR - Dholpur Stone Finish.
Synthetic stone like finish. Pure acrylic contains emulsion reinforced with marble powder & silica sand. It is formulated to give different roller patterns. It contains anti bacterial & anti fungal additives.

- AMBER- Dholpur stone finish.
5) WALDECOR - Texture Roller Finish.
Contains high quality pigments, tough natural minerals and special acrylic binder. It is formulated to give different roller patterns. It contains anti bacterial & anti fungal additives.

- PEARL- Texture Roller Finish.
TECHINCAL DETAILS :
- Nature: - Paste form, ready to use.
- Base: - Acrylic copolymer emulsion reinforced by quartz special aggregates and additives.
- Finish: - Texture finish.
- Thinner/cleaner: - Water.
- Drying Time: - I) Touch Dry- within 1 hour. II) Recoat- within 24 hours, for normal surface (65% relative humidity/30°C)
- Shelf Life: - 6-9 months in original sealed container under proper storage condition at 30°C.
- Mixing Ratio: -Ready to use. 5% clean potable water may be added if required.
- Mode of Application:- Trowel, Roller & Spray as per pattern.
- Coverage- 03-06 Sq.ft/kg/coat depending upon the particle size.
- Topcoat: - Required topcoat can be selected from a range of WALMARK topcoats, Secuura Xs, Secuura Max, Secuura Pro.

HANDLING & STORAGE :
Keep containers/sacks airtight during handling and storage to avoid loss of material. Store WALDECOR in a cool dry place and also protect it from extreme climatic conditions during storage, in transit and at site.
SAFETY MEASURES :
Kindly refer to the MSDS for WALDECOR which gives detailed information on safety measures while handling the paint, which is available on request.
Store the container with the lid tightly closed in an upright position, in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention. In case of skin contact immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
Wear eye protection during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Do not breathe vapor or spray. It is recommended to wear suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in watercourses.
In the event of spills, contain spillage using sand or earth.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS :
Texture finish should not be applied on wet surfaces. Avoid touch up work on texture finish, as faults could be visible. For better results, WALDECOR should be applied by skill labour only.
POST PAINTING CARE :
Apply 2 coats of emulsion paint over texture finish.
